The Roadmaps Institute™ has been fortunate to have many forward-thinking companies and organizations participate in the development of the step charts and methodology in the DR²IVE™ Model. The largest contributor of ideas and encouragement has been the Raytheon Company. Raytheon adopted DR²IVE™ in their Six Sigma Integrated Supply Chain Program, which provided a venue to test the charts over a two-year period with hundreds of managers from across the globe. In addition to Raytheon, the Roadmaps Institute™ would like to thank the University of San Diego. At the University of San Diego, early versions of the DR²IVE™ step charts were used to facilitate classes at both the graduate and undergraduate levels. In the classes at USD, we learned the power of a self-designing course using world-class attributes as the focus.
