Metro Chapter Monthly Meetings

Roadmaps Institute™ Metro Chapters will be forming in major metropolitan areas throughout the globe over the next few years.

Anyone interested in starting a Metro Chapter in their metropolitan area should contact the Roadmaps Institute™ as soon as possible to become a Metro Chapter Founder.

Monthly Meetings

Most chapters will meet once per month from February through November.  December is the Roadmaps Institute™ Annual Forum.  January is reserved as a month for chapter planning by officers.  The monthly meetings provide a venue for local Roadmaps Institute™ members to network, share best practices and discuss regional issues.

Each monthly meeting is focused on one Proactive or World-Class attribute within one World-Class Management Step Chart.  For example, if chapter members decide that World-Class Cost Management is the Chart of the Month for February, then the officers will fill the February meeting with a speaker on an attribute in the Proactive or World-Class Step of World-Class Cost Management. 

Depending upon the culture and customs of the country where the chapter is located, the meeting is held in conjunction with a meal of either breakfast, lunch or dinner.  Chapter meetings may be held at a sponsoring company, institution, restaurant or hotel.
