DR²IVE™ Software Suite Bundle, 130101: The DR²IVE™ Software Suite contains all five DR²IVE™ Modules.  The DR²IVE™ Software Suite provides a flexible yet structured and centralized approach to creating competitive advantage through Robust Roadmaps™.  The online capability enables collaboration between organizations and individuals across the globe.  Software tabs in each module mimic the exact phases in the five DR²IVE™ processes.  Each module has a built in collaboration hub where managers work together to complete each process no matter where they are physically located on the globe.  Integrated databases serve all five processes for each organization.  All data is maintained on servers owned by the Roadmaps Institute™ to ensure security and maintenance by an impartial third party.

DESIGN Module, 130102: The DESIGN Module enables organizations to methodically complete the six phases of the DESIGN Process: Define, Explore, Select, Involve, Gauge and Negotiate.   The module is facilitated by one or more Roadmaps Institute™ Certified Masters.  Special features of the DESIGN Module include: Roadmaps Opportunity Analysis Engine, Explore Collaboration Hub, Model Selector, Participant Entry Portal, Gauge Scheduler and Relationship Charter Developer.

SCORE Module, 130103:  The SCORE Module enables organizations to methodically complete the five phases of the SCORE Process: Score, Consensus, Optimize, Review, and Engage.   Special Features of he SCORE Module include:  GAP (Global Assessment and Positioning) Tool, Consensus Rating Engine, Consensus Optimization Collaboration Hub, Chart Report Generator, Score Report Generator, and Engage Transfer Tool.  Within the Consensus Optimization Collaboration Hub are secured group meeting areas for separate teams to assess their organization on each World-Class Management Step Chart selected by the organization in the DESIGN Process.  The hub is facilitated by Roadmaps Institute™ Certified DRIVERs under the direction of a Roadmaps Institute™ Certified Master.  DRIVERs serve as guides to help with the processes and facilitators to focus the online discussions.  The Master serves as the coordinator of the overall SCORE Process and manages the DRIVERs facilitating the various chart assessments.

AUDIT Module, 130104:  The AUDIT Module enables organizations to methodically complete the five phases of the AUDIT Process: Analyze, Understand, Discover, Initiate, and Transfer.  Features include: Discrepancy Analysis Engine, Understand Collaboration Hub, GAP Tool (for modifying attribute scores), Discovery Scheduler, Report Integration Engine, Registration Seal Generator, and Engage Transfer Tool.  The AUDIT Process is facilitated by a Roadmaps Institute™ Certified Partner serving as a third party Registrar.  Registrars manage the registration processes and discussions to verify and validate an organization’s Score Report results from the SCORE Process.  The end result is an unbiased, “Official” Score Report your organization can use for collaboration purposes and strategy development.

ROADMAP Module, 130105:   The ROADMAP Module enables organizations to methodically complete the seven phases of the ROADMAP Process: Review, Opportunity, Agree, Develop, Milestone, Authorize and Proceed.  Features of the ROADMAP Module include: Opportunity Analysis Engine, Enterprise Opportunity Collaboration Hub, Project Charter Developer, Project Value Estimator, Project Agreement Engine, Roadmap Planning Tool, Roadmap Authorization Engine, and Import/Export Tool.  The ROADMAP Module is facilitated by one or more Roadmaps Institute™ Certified Masters.  The end result is an Enterprise Roadmap.

ROBUST Module, 130106:  The ROBUST Module enables organizations to methodically complete the six phases of the ROBUST Process: Review, Opportunity, Broker, Unite, Stabilize and Track.   Features of the ROBUST Module include: Opportunity Analysis Engine, Alliance Opportunity Collaboration Hub, Project Charter Developer, Project Value Estimator, Broker Agreement Engine, Roadmap Planning Tool, and Import/Export Tool.  The ROADMAP Module is facilitated by one or more Roadmaps Institute™ Certified Masters.  The end result is an Alliance Roadmap.

Technology Facilitation

Roadmaps Technology Services require online facilitation by professionals trained and educated to guide your organization in DR²IVE™ online technologies.  Facilitators help organizations in all 29 phases of the five DR²IVE™ Processes.  Several of the phases specifically call for a third party professional to serve as a liaison between two or more organizations.  In effect, facilitators serve like a Global Positioning Satellite (GPS) system in a car.  You do the driving, but the facilitator will guide you and your organization on the journey.

Facilitation is provided by two different groups: Third Party Affiliate Companies and Roadmaps Institute™ Staff.

• Third Party Affiliate Companies:  Third Party Affiliate Companies assist your organization in facilitating technology related to all five DR²IVE™ Processes.  In particular, a Third Party Affiliate Company is preferred for performing Registrar services in the AUDIT Process.  Third Party Affiliate Companies are staffed with Roadmaps Institute™ Certified Partners (RIPC).  RIPCs have attained the highest level of certification at the Roadmaps Institute™.  As a result, RIPCs are capable of serving as facilitators in DR²IVE™ Collaboration Hubs as well as the entire DR²IVE™ Software Suite.
• Roadmaps Institute™ Staff:  Roadmaps Institute™ Staff are available to assist organizations in facilitation of all DR²IVE™ Collaboration Hubs as well as the entire DR²IVE™ Software Suite.  If a Third Party Affiliate Company is available to perform the services, the Roadmaps Institute™ will defer to the affiliate.
